We had reservations at 6:30, but arrived earlier due to being ahead of schedule. We were sat at 6:27, party of 3.

The cocktails are the highest prices I've seen downtown. A glass of $12/bottle wine at the store is $16. Margarita was a 7/10.

Bread and dip was good.

Fried zucchini strips were good, but wasn't a fan of the sauce it came with (sour).

The chopped salads were just ok.

We had the Famous Rigatoni, chicken Alfredo and Shrimp Alfredo with sausage. All of the sauces were watery. Did not like. The crumbled sausage was forgotten about, so we had to advise our server. The sausage didn't arrive until the dish was almost fully eaten.

The server was excellent. Top notch.

The dining room is loud, packed, bright lighting, so the vibe wasn't relaxing.

The cheesecake was excellent.

Go for the food, stay for the experience, return for the people. If you are looking for a place to fill both your stomach and your heart, your search is over! This night will forever live in my memory. While the food was "gorgeous, delicious, perfect" in the words of our server, Ben, the air of joy in the restaurant made it stand out the most. I had only pleasant interactions with all of the staff, and Ben took such good care of our table. He went above and beyond to make sure and get us everything we could want, and he felt like part of the group long before the night was over. He made us feel valued as customers and as human beings. He not only served up delicious food, but also some good jokes! He kept our night full of laughter and smiles. I have enough leftovers for a whole other meal and will absolutely be back to visit. PS: The Christmas bags are such a sweet touch!

The food was fantastic. The portions were so large that we took home leftovers and ate them for lunch the next day… continue to rave about the deliciousness! All of the staff was so friendly and attentive, but our waiter was just absolutely THE BEST! It was the best meal we had on our entire vacation!

Our waiter Ben was top notch. He would rank in the top 1% of servers in that place and in pretty much any place he chose to work at. This is the only Maggiano’s I’ve ever tried and I have been there four times now. It is always above my expectations. For the price, the service, the ambience you really can’t beat it. Make a reservation directly, don’t bother with Open Table.

This is one of our all time favorite Italian restaurants. The food, service, and ambiance is always top notch. We almost always go home with leftovers and can’t say enough great things about Maggianos.

Noisy at first because some kind of group was finishing up. The food was great, the cheesecake (no topping) was fabulous! Our family enjoyed it the food and talking with our waitress (Katie) who was awesome and kept things light and fun, while providing recommendations and stellar service. Was a little dark as can be seen by photos. We walked here, and we to take stairs up to the dining. Now there is something downstairs, but the hostess stand is at the top..not sire if there is an elevator, but there is parking (and handicap) out front. By the end of the night we were joking about making the 4 hour drive once a month just for this food.

First time visiting Nashville, the place is beautiful! We went on a Friday for lunch 12-12:30 (no wait for party of 4) service was great and food did not disappoint, we had the calamari fritte, spaghetti and meatball, chicken Parmesan and the chicken Alfredo.
