Staff was super friendly. Location was perfect for beach access and walking around town. However, very disappointed in the food. For the prices we paid felt like they took short cuts and just threw stuff on a plate. Room looked nice however the balcony window was full of salt so you couldn't see out of it. Your neighbor is a arm length apart when on the balcony making it awkward to ever go out side. The shower takes 20 min to warm up. There is only a 1/2 shower door on the shower making the floor soaking wet every time. Therefore the time in the bathroom is peeling up. Room was clean when we arrived however we didn't get service during our stay. Garbage was piling up. Parking is a no go. You have to use the parking service there which is $34 a night. They were very fast and organized. Don't think I would stay there again

We are locals that booked this overnight stay for an event at another location
(at the beach).

Pro's:
They accommodated our request of early check in, and the fact that we have a service dog.
Parking is a bit limited, but we were able to get front row parking each time.
The lobby, elevators and rooms are very spacious- enough to accommodate a scooter.
Everything appeared to be very clean.
All things that we were happy with.
- Although we did not use, they do offer valet parking (very OVER PRICED).
- Also, there is a 24hr CVS down the road.

Con's:
So, just a couple of negatives.
For someone with limited mobility, the bed sat a bit too high off of the floor.
A courtesy stool would have been appreciated.
And although there is a small fridge, there is NOT a microwave in the room.
The last thing is that the people on our floor (adults & childeren) were very loud (shouting, running & banging doors) until 230am. Normally I would have just turned up the TV. But we had an earlier morning event.

Shared some pictures of our room and the view we had. We got an oceanfront corner room so our balcony overlooked the parking area on the left and the beach to the front. We kept the doors to the balcony opened the whole time. The only complaint I have is the balcony furniture. I would have expected something nicer or at least with cushions. The whole reason for ocean front is to enjoy the balcony and view. At least we could open the door and curtains and relax on the bed while enjoying the view.

My son selected Margaritaville/Jacksonville because of its’ beautiful setting. We traveled from the East coast of Florida for a medical appointment, in which a one-night stay turned into six weeks. The hotel was lovely, the setting magical, but it was the staff, the entire staff, who personalized our stay and made it an amazing guest experience! We’ve returned multiple times. Not only do we have a memorable stay each time, we feel like we’re returning to our very own beachfront home-away-from-home, with all the perks of a high end hotel and the attention of a staff who really care about their guests. A heartfelt shoutout to Ron (Mgr.), Renada, Kiki, Michael, Kevin, Gwynne, Isaiah, Narrie, Dylan, and the folks in valet. Thank you all!!!

As Floridians, we have unlimited vacation and holiday getaways at our proverbial doorstep, from Key West to St. Augustine to Pensacola. However, we recently found a new favorite getaway - a fabulous beachside retreat in Jacksonville.|The friendly valet service that greeted us upon arrival set the tone for our entire stay. The resort was sparkling clean and the Reception personnel couldn't have been more accommodating. Kudos to Isaiah and Kiki, just to mention a couple young stars.|Our very reasonably-priced room had a great ocean view and was very comfortable and spacious with everything we needed for a great vacation.|Unlike most resorts, the food and beverage portions here were substantial. Every meal was delicious and very reasonably priced. Service everywhere was excellent! |The pool area was very well maintained and food and beverages were available in a poolside dining area. The beach was also very well maintained and clean with beach chairs and umbrellas available for an additional fee. |A great Florida vacation, even for two local Floridians, at a fabulous retreat in Jacksonville. We look forward to returning soon.

Nothing more to say but wow! Great location, super view and fantastic room. We had a corner suite with a separate living room and bedroom, both very large. The closet was probably 10 feet but 10 feet, very roomy. The deck has doors on each corner of the bedroom and is very large also. It also has a very nice bathroom with two sinks, separate toilet room and a nice shower. Lots of restaurants nearby. Definitely recommended!
