5 hours after my $60 pedicure I noticed that I had dinged the polish on one of my toes. When I reached down to see it closer look at the toe with the ding, I found that the polish hadn't completely dried yet and could easily be pushed or moved off of my nails. I've never had this happen before. I called the salon after I discovered this and they gladly scheduled me the following day, today, to fix the issue. I did ask if a partial refund was possible as I thought that was a reasonable request but they said no. The girl that did my pedicure was great. Great massage, the whole thing. I gave her a $10 tip because of her great work. No explanation or apology was given. Customer service isn't what it used to be. I wasn't looking for a freebie or full refund but at least an apology would have been appreciated. My toes are pretty again. They fixed the issue. In all my years of getting pedicures I've never had this problem before. Fortunately nail salons are abundant here in the desert. I will try a different salon next time.

First time I went I had my nails done a full set excellent job and Tina did my pedicure and it was one of the best pedicures I have ever had and I've been a licensed cosmetologist since I was 16 and I worked for Sally beauty supply for 21 years as a senior managing partner so I know good work when I have it. I just went in the second time I fill for 3 weeks, excellent again did my feel and this time I had her put eyelashes on me she listened to what I said about not getting them too thick or too full and they look pretty perfect and Tina did my pedicure again here again outstanding. I would recommend the salon to anyone my friend Lulu found the salon and I'm so grateful that she took me there. Selfies are hard to take in the mirror I only got one eye but it shows how nicely they were done and that they were not overdone and they look pretty natural which is what I asked for

Get my birthday nail done at V Nails. My technician is always patient and understands what I want. The best birthday nail I ever had! Not to mention the salon's cleanliness and trendy space. This is the best salon in La Quinta!

Love V Nails. Everyone is super friendly; they listen to your request without a problem. My Lady Nail Person is “Kim” is a perfectionist. I love getting my nails and pedi done she is amazing! ❤️

I have been coming here for almost a year now, I always go to Katie she is the best nail tech for sure! She always pays attention to detail and listens to the clients wishes and will go above and beyond every time. Everyone in the nail salon is very nice and willing to help they help me when I’m not sure what I want. I love coming here!! I highly recommend.
