Roof came out great. Very helpful professional staff. Walter took care of the insurance negotiations and made a first time home owner claim easy for us. There was an issue with the flashing on the side of our house, someone came out within the hour to fix it.

I am glad that I hired Nanfito Roofing & Siding for my roof. The workers were very professional and courteous. The owner and the Walter are very transparent with the work they provide. The took pictures of the work from the beginning and the progress they were doing. I will definitely recommend them for any roofing and siding anyone needs. Great timely service.

New roof, exterior doors, gutters, and gutter guards. Quality products. Excellent craftsmanship. Hard working crews. Experienced salesman, lots of suggestions and options, easy to work with. Turned into a three month project due to supply chain problems. Couldn't get the locks I wanted on my front door. I highly recommend.

If you want a hassle free expertly done replacement of your roof Nanfito is the place to call. Every employee went the extra mile to assure we were totally satisfied. All were respectful, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in assisting us through this process. Our roof was torn down & replaced in 1 day. Clean up was impeccable. This company is a class act. No wonder they have been serving our community for 50 plus years. Family owned and local. Our roof is beautiful. Thank you Walter for planning, Etienne for supervising work, and Brian for following up to make sure we were totally happy. Recommend Nanfito Roofing highly!!!

We lived in a condominium complex in 2021, of which my husband was a board member. At that time, the board was tasked to find a contractor for our 50 unit/25 building roof replacement project. This company stood out in the interview process. They were honest, where other companies were misleading, gave a fair and competitive price, and they did an excellent job in all aspects: communicating with the board with scheduling, workmanship, and respect for the property and its residents. We were so happy and impressed, that when we relocated to a new home in 2022, we hired them again to roof, side, replace the windows, build out the overhangs/soffits, and replace the gutters of our "project" house. They discovered the existing plywood on the roof was not installed correctly, and we took their advisement and had that corrective work done. We so appreciate their insight and expertise. We have recently referred them to a neighbor and will continue to refer them without reservation. We recommend you reach out to Todd and allow him the opportunity to provide you with honest guidance and solutions.

We had an excellent experience with V. Nanfito Roofing. From start to finish, communication and quality of the work was excellent. We had to make an insurance claim and Walter was extremely patient as we worked through all of the details with our insurance company. He provided detailed guidance, ensuring we understood each step and what to expect. Walter also handled all of our insurance company’s many requests promptly and without hesitation, making the process seamless for us. The two crews that actually did the work were extremely professional and I was amazed at how quickly the work was done. It was clear they took pride in their work. They took great care to protect our property and the cleanup was thorough and meticulous. Walter’s responsiveness was also commendable. He promptly addressed our final questions and ensured everything was to our satisfaction before concluding the project. Thank you for turning what could have been a stressful roof replacement into a smooth and worry-free experience.

We had concerns about damage to our roof in Meriden Connecticut. Based on a former neighbors recombination from 35 year ago we gave a call to Nanfito and within a few minutes we were speaking with Walter Kolb, a 10 year sales veteran with the company. Walter immediately got to work with our insurance company and in 2 weeks we had a new roof with code upgrades from 1968 and new plywood. The work was completed in one day by a team of about 8 experienced roofers. The warranty is better than anyone else. The
