Wer Golf spielt und in St. Augustine einen Stop plant, sollte hier einmal übernachten. Das Hotel ist gepflegt und schön angelegt. Geräumige und komfortabel eingerichtete Zimmer. Toll ist die Aussicht vom Balkon auf einen der Golfplätze, die sich um das Haus herum befinden.||Golpackages werden angeboten, ich hätte sofort eines wahrgenommen, hätte ich die Zeit dafür gehabt. Die Plätze sollen sehr gut sein. Zudem ist World Golf Hall of Fame und die PGA Tour hier vertreten mit eigenen Gebäuden in der Nähe des Hotels. Durchaus empfehlenswert.

Daily cleaning of room, everybody was super friendly and helpful. Eleanor at the front desk always went above and beyond to answer and help with any concerns we had. She was very kind, thoughtful and very sweet. Chris was very helpful in arranging our shuttle bus to St Augustine, gave us excellent dinner suggestions and other ideas. The servers at breakfast very nice. Buffet breakfast had a lot of choices.. I definitely would recommend this place and stay here again!!

The setting for World Golf Village Renaissance is lovely. We had a wonderful stay. Our room was very comfortable and provided all that we needed. The staff is excellent. Front Desk Manager, Jay, is especially gracious and helpful. Housekeeping was also excellent. The breakfast buffet was very enjoyable with items being replaced continuously by the chefs. Everything was clean and inviting. Beautiful areas to sit inside and outside to enjoy the surroundings. A peaceful and restorative experience. So glad we selected this property to experience. We will return again.

Nice hotel, we had a King suite, spacious and fridge and microwave included. Cool balcony view. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool is nice and heated with hot tub on the side. Cool circular fountain that is about 1/4 mile to walk around it was very nice. Overall we had a great stay! We were there for the international 9 ball open and had a great time!

My fiance and I stayed at this location due to our wedding venue being in the same area. Overall the room was nice but could use some upgrades. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Melissa at the front desk assisted me with all my requests. John went above and beyond to assist my husband and I as we were checking out and loading our cars. The shuttle driver that evening assisted the entire wedding party by getting us to the venue and making frequent stops throughout the evening to ensure we all were able to get back to the hotel. There assistance allowed this Bride To Be, the opportunity to enjoy my wedding weekend and not stress as much. For that I'm very thankful. Superior customer service!

The Good: the staff are great, super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. We stayed for a conference and the catering was surprisingly good as well. The room rates were very affordable.
The Bad: the rooms are pretty tired and need to be remodeled. Peeling wallpaper and a broken toilet paper holder in the bathroom, broken curtains, flat pillows, and worn out carpet in our room. A nice upgrade would be microwaves in each room, as there is already a decent mini fridge and bar counter. There is only one communal microwave in the lobby if you want to eat any leftovers. Unfortunately, the acoustics in this hotel are absolutely terrible. Noise from the central atrium and bar area echoes throughout the hotel and can be heard in all of the rooms, even those on the top floor. Every night I could hear people talking and laughing downstairs. On our final night there was a wedding taking place and it was incredibly loud to the point where it sounded like a school cafeteria in our room, making sleep nearly impossible. This is due to the design of the building which has the suite doors centered around a giant central atrium which acts as an echo chamber. It would be nice if the hotel would institue quiet hours and ask guests to keep it down or move to the conference room areas after a certain time each night. Overall I would not stay here again or recommend it.

Rooms need updating but that’s being addressed. Very nice breakfast options. The buffet had plenty of choices. All public areas were clean and comfortable. Plenty of TVs in bar area. Too bad the surrounding area is so vacant. John the valet attendant was so friendly as were the other staff members I met. Worth stopping again

We like everything about this place. It's a beautiful area and we've stayed here several times. We were greeted by John first thing outside. He is a very helpful and personable person. Check-in was quick and easy as always. We were upgraded to a larger room. Had a snafu trying to print some documents at the business station, but Jim from the restaurant station helped me, even allowed me to print from his office so I could print in color. If you're looking for a place to stay, this it. Love this place.
